About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in Cloud Infrastructure, is looking for a skilled NetSuite M&A Integration Lead to join their team for a 6–12 Month engagement. This project involves supporting an ongoing initiative to consolidate multiple NetSuite instances as part of a broader M&A strategy. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the consolidation of multiple NetSuite instances as part of M&A integration.
- Partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, and Business stakeholders to align on O2C and financial processes.
- Assessing current system configurations, identifying overlaps, and defining the target system architecture.
- Defining and executing data mapping, transformation, and migration strategies for key NetSuite objects (e.g., customers, items, transactions, GL accounts, subsidiaries).
- Coordinating integration with upstream and downstream systems (CRM, banking, billing, and reporting tools).
- Documenting current and future state processes and contributing to change management.
- Troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring smooth cutover during migration.
- Driving stakeholder communication, ensuring clarity, progress visibility, and risk mitigation.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years hands-on with NetSuite.
- Deep expertise in NetSuite instance consolidation or M&A-driven system integrations, strong understanding of Order to Cash and Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, revenue recognition, reporting), and a solid grasp of NetSuite data structure and key transactional/data objects. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Workato, Boomi, Celigo) preferred, and experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments and exposure to change management and process harmonization initiatives are a plus.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team, able to work with both technical and business stakeholders, with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
