Overview:
Join a pioneering team at the forefront of autonomous mobility as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer. Playing a critical role in supporting live robotaxi operations, you will be the first line of defense ensuring the health and reliability of vital networks, cloud environments, and infrastructure. This on-site position in Scottsdale, AZ offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, 24x7 environment dedicated to shaping the future of transportation. Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a NOC, SOC, TechOps, or similar operations environment
  • Strong understanding of incident management lifecycles and SLAs
  • Proven experience monitoring enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), and critical databases
  • Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, authentication services such as EntraID, OpenAuth, SSL/TLS
  • Proficiency with modern monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Datadog, Kentik, LogicMonitor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially under pressure
  • Willingness to work fully onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, across assigned shifts including weekends and holidays

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with ticketing/incident management systems like Pagerduty, ServiceNow, JIRA
  • Basic scripting skills in Python or Bash for operational tasks
  • Linux system administration fundamentals
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar incident/service management frameworks
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ and Security+, CCNA, Juniper JNCIA

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant network and operational experience in a high-availability environment

Other Requirements:

  • On-site presence in Scottsdale, AZ, required; remote work not available
  • Willingness to work day, swing, or overnight shifts, including at least one weekend day weekly
  • Participation in holiday coverage as part of a 24x7 rotation
