Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a NOC, SOC, TechOps, or similar operations environment
- Strong understanding of incident management lifecycles and SLAs
- Proven experience monitoring enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), and critical databases
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, authentication services such as EntraID, OpenAuth, SSL/TLS
- Proficiency with modern monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Datadog, Kentik, LogicMonitor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially under pressure
- Willingness to work fully onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, across assigned shifts including weekends and holidays
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with ticketing/incident management systems like Pagerduty, ServiceNow, JIRA
- Basic scripting skills in Python or Bash for operational tasks
- Linux system administration fundamentals
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar incident/service management frameworks
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ and Security+, CCNA, Juniper JNCIA
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
- 5+ years of relevant network and operational experience in a high-availability environment
Other Requirements:
- On-site presence in Scottsdale, AZ, required; remote work not available
- Willingness to work day, swing, or overnight shifts, including at least one weekend day weekly
- Participation in holiday coverage as part of a 24x7 rotation
