Revenue Operations Specialist / Nooks Administrator Job Description

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team and manage our Nooks platform. In this role, you'll be the primary administrator, responsible for the technical and business-side configuration and setup of the platform. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure Nooks is optimized for our business needs and supports our sales and operations goals.

 


Responsibilities

  • Platform Administration & Configuration: Serve as the subject matter expert for the Nooks platform. This includes managing user accounts, setting up permissions, and configuring dialer settings, campaigns, and call flows. You'll also be responsible for maintaining data integrity and ensuring the platform is running smoothly.

  • Business Enablement: Work directly with sales and marketing teams to build and maintain key resources within Nooks. This includes creating and updating personas and titles to ensure accurate targeting, developing and managing battle cards to provide a competitive edge, and ensuring reps have access to the most relevant information at their fingertips.

  • Technical Setup: Handle the technical aspects of Nooks, including integrations with our existing tech stack (e.g. Salesforce and Outreach), optimizing the existing Power Dialer configuration, and implementing AI Prospector and AI Coaching. You will also troubleshoot technical issues, manage APIs, and ensure data syncs are accurate and efficient.

  • Data Strategy & Management: Oversee the flow of information into and out of Nooks. You'll be responsible for ensuring we have the right data in the platform to power our campaigns, working with data teams to manage data lists, and ensuring data quality is high.

  • Training & Support: Develop and deliver training materials for new and existing users. You'll provide ongoing support, answer user questions, and act as the first point of contact for any Nooks-related issues.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Nooks usage and campaign performance. You'll analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving our outbound sales and outreach efforts.

 


 

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Revenue Operations Specialist, Salesforce Administrator, or in a similar role. Experience specifically with the Nooks platform is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of business systems and CRM platforms (Salesforce). Experience with API integrations and data management is essential.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. You should be comfortable with data analysis and using it to drive business decisions.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all configurations and data management tasks.
