We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead the development and execution of key operational processes for our Product & Engineering teams, supporting high-profile enterprise customer events and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. About the Role:
As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building scalable workflows, managing top-tier customer events—both virtual and in-person—and translating customer insights into actionable product enhancements. Your leadership will ensure top clients receive exceptional experiences while internal teams operate smoothly and efficiently. With your expertise, you will help shape our product roadmap and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within software or technology sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Proven ability to define and implement workflows, manage dependencies, identify risks, and streamline processes across multiple teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Familiarity with workflow tools such as Jira or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of programming/data languages like SQL or Python (preferred)
  • Experience using AI tools to automate processes and improve efficiency
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones and manage remote or virtual teams

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Master’s or advanced degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS software development lifecycle and cloud infrastructure
  • Previous experience managing enterprise customer programs, Product Advisory Boards, or customer onboarding and solutioning
  • Experience in event logistics planning for virtual and in-person executive meetings

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant program management or operational experience in high-tech or SaaS organizations
  • Hands-on experience with cross-functional project execution and customer-facing events

Other Requirements:

  • This position is fully remote and requires the ability to work collaboratively across various time zones during local business hours
  • Prior experience with AI tools for process automation is a plus
  • No travel is required for this role
