Looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Oracle Fusion Specialist to join a cutting-edge team remotely. In this critical role, you will lead end-to-end configuration and lifecycle management of Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring seamless integration, operational excellence, and compliance across enterprise finance and procurement systems. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing comprehensive platform and module configurations, including upstream workflows and downstream ERP components such as Oracle Fusion Procurement, Financials, and General Ledger.
  • Designing and maintaining complex approval hierarchies, requisitioning rules, and supplier portal setups in alignment with corporate policies.
  • Supporting environment refreshes, instance cloning, and release management to ensure smooth quarterly updates without disrupting operations.
  • Overseeing data governance through precise data mapping of categories, cost centers, and master data entities, while ensuring high-volume transactional integrity via Oracle Integration Cloud API monitoring.
  • Configuring applications to meet financial compliance standards like ASC 606/IFRS 15 and SOX controls.
  • Providing operational support and resolving complex issues through root cause analysis and incident management.

Required Skills:

  • 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience with Tier-1 ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Integration and reconciliation of business lifecycles such as Source-to-Pay or Record-to-Report.
  • Strong understanding of system governance, configuration controls, and environment management.
  • Proven experience supporting financial modules and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle OIC and Oracle ATP.
  • Knowledge of additional financial or procurement workflows and integrations.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting complex ERP environments in a dynamic corporate setting.

Additional Requirements:

  • This position is fully remote, with candidates required to work within CST time zone.
  • W2 employment only; candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis.
  • Ability and willingness to support scheduled environment updates and technical testing cycles.
