Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing comprehensive platform and module configurations, including upstream workflows and downstream ERP components such as Oracle Fusion Procurement, Financials, and General Ledger.
- Designing and maintaining complex approval hierarchies, requisitioning rules, and supplier portal setups in alignment with corporate policies.
- Supporting environment refreshes, instance cloning, and release management to ensure smooth quarterly updates without disrupting operations.
- Overseeing data governance through precise data mapping of categories, cost centers, and master data entities, while ensuring high-volume transactional integrity via Oracle Integration Cloud API monitoring.
- Configuring applications to meet financial compliance standards like ASC 606/IFRS 15 and SOX controls.
- Providing operational support and resolving complex issues through root cause analysis and incident management.
Required Skills:
- 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience with Tier-1 ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion or similar platforms.
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Integration and reconciliation of business lifecycles such as Source-to-Pay or Record-to-Report.
- Strong understanding of system governance, configuration controls, and environment management.
- Proven experience supporting financial modules and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Oracle OIC and Oracle ATP.
- Knowledge of additional financial or procurement workflows and integrations.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in supporting complex ERP environments in a dynamic corporate setting.
Additional Requirements:
- This position is fully remote, with candidates required to work within CST time zone.
- W2 employment only; candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis.
