Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience, with a solid track record in processing.
  • Proficiency in Workday software is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of payroll functions, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles.
  • Experience performing payroll accounting tasks such as GL entries, running reports, and reconciliations.
  • Ability to handle daily stock transaction processes accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with payroll month-end close activities.
  • Knowledge of additional payroll or accounting systems.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment.

Other Requirements:

  • This role is fully remote; candidates must be located within the PST time zone.
  • Availability to start as soon as possible, with flexibility around initial onboarding.
  • Willingness to support a hybrid workload split, with increased focus on accounting tasks during month-end.
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
