Job Title: People Operations Coordinator

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in People Operations or a similar HR role
  • Proficiency with Workday or other HRIS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information
  • Experience supporting compliance activities and audits
  • Capable of managing high-volume recurring processes independently

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with I-9 verification and administration
  • Knowledge of global employee compliance and regional HR practices
  • Familiarity with HR onboarding, offboarding, and termination processes
  • Multilingual skills, especially in regions like LATAM, are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR administration, or equivalent role
  • Workday experience is required; additional HRIS experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

  • This is a remote position supporting a global team
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to support regional-specific HR processes and compliance activities
