As a Procurement Manager, you will be the driving force behind sourcing excellence, vendor management, and contract negotiations, ensuring the organization's supply chain operates seamlessly and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing commodity strategies for key inbound products and services
  • Partnering with Legal to draft and review contractual terms, including MSAs and SOWs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and select optimal suppliers
  • Leading RFI and RFP initiatives to optimize sourcing and achieve cost savings
  • Utilizing systems such as Coupa, Power BI, Atlassian, and AI models to streamline procurement workflows and generate key performance metrics
  • Managing vendor qualification, onboarding, and purchase requisitions
  • Reconciling invoices and ensuring contractual compliance
  • Supporting procurement administration and new-hire equipment ordering

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and contract management skills
  • Proficiency with procurement systems such as Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
  • Expertise in data manipulation, including large datasets, Excel pivot tables, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Experience applying AI and machine learning to procurement processes is highly desirable

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS, Telecom, or UCaaS industries
  • Familiarity with Python programming
  • Prior experience working with AI-driven procurement workflows

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience, ideally with SaaS or enterprise software companies

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work fully remote, with initial on-site presence for onboarding if local
  • Willingness to engage in a fast-paced, high-competition environment with a focus on immediate impact
  • Able to adapt quickly and thrive in ambiguous situations
