Procurement Manager
Drive impactful procurement strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as our Procurement Manager. This pivotal role demands a strategic mindset and robust expertise in supplier management, procurement systems, and process optimization. You will lead initiatives to streamline purchasing operations, ensure compliance, and foster strong collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, supporting organizational growth and operational excellence.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with Coupa procurement system
- SAP experience highly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management, with the confidence to communicate effectively across all levels
- Ability to troubleshoot workflow issues within procurement platforms
- Experience managing purchasing requests, purchase orders, and related documentation
- Excellent organizational skills to monitor open requests, queues, and operational metrics
- Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives and update process documentation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Public company experience or familiarity with large, complex organizational structures
- Knowledge of legal, finance, and procurement best practices
- Experience onboarding suppliers and managing master data requests
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, or related professional experience within complex environments
Other Requirements:
- This position is onsite, with some flexibility for remote work, depending on organizational needs
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, and Legal
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex transaction workflows and stakeholder expectations
