Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, including regular calibration of tools and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, calibrations, and equipment status to support compliance and operational metrics.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
- Hands-on expertise with 3D printers, laser cutting machinery, electronics, soldering, wiring, or related software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and act decisively under pressure.
- Ability to build and follow proactive maintenance systems and schedules.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional late hours or urgent support needs.
