Production Technician

As a Production Technician, you will be a key player in the assembly and testing of electromechanical systems, ensuring that high-quality standards are met while maintaining efficient production schedules. Your hands-on expertise will directly contribute to the reliability and scalability of products distributed worldwide, supporting a globally impactful mission.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical assembly and testing
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in working with electromechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality compliance
  • Effective documentation and communication skills for tracking progress and escalating issues

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems
  • Familiarity with manufacturing tools and calibration procedures
  • Prior experience working in high-volume production environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or technical school training a plus
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electro-mechanical work

Other Requirements:

  • Onsite role based in South San Francisco
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow all safety protocols
  • Open to candidates ready to start immediately, with availability for a 6-month contract period
