Production Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical assembly and testing
- Complete assigned work from start to finish, adhering to approved instructions and processes
- Document progress accurately, escalate issues promptly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers
- Follow all safety protocols and manufacturing standards, providing feedback for continuous process improvements
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical assembly
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship in complex assembly work
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments
- Experience with test procedures or quality assurance
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to electromechanical systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly or related fields
Other Requirements:
- Onsite position in South San Francisco
- W2 employment only; C2C not supported
- Immediate availability preferred for a 6-month engagement with an ASAP start date
- Ability to work safely with high standards of craftsmanship
