Program Manager - City & Customer Launches

In this critical role, you'll be the orchestrator behind seamless city activation and customer capability rollouts, ensuring all moving parts align and operate smoothly. Your organizational expertise will drive successful multi-team launches, enabling your team to focus on solving complex challenges while you handle the coordination, documentation, and status tracking that keeps everything on course.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of program or project management experience, preferably supporting multi-team launches or operational programs
- Exceptional organizational skills; mastery of trackers, action items, and meeting cadences across multiple workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize status updates clearly for teams and leadership
- Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Sheets, or similar
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in ride-hail, mobility, autonomous vehicles, or other regulated operational environments
- Support experience with new market or city launch programs
- Familiarity with Jira Structure boards or Confluence for cross-program tracking
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Extensive experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder launch initiatives in dynamic environments

- Location: Foster City, CA (onsite)
- Ability to support a fast-paced, collaborative environment with recurring cadences (Working Group, cross-functional status syncs)
- Comfort chasing down open action items, flagging risks, and maintaining comprehensive reporting dashboards
