About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in SaaS, is looking for a skilled Program Manager: Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement & AI Tool Integration to join their team for a 3-month contract (with potential for extension) engagement. This project involves managing the successful integration and rollout of new AI-driven sales enablement tools (Avara and Nooks) to support significant growth in the coming year. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the dedicated person to manage the entire integration and enablement program for new GTM AI tools (Nooks and Avarra).
- Coordinating, communicating with, and setting up time across key functional teams, including Sales, Product, Sales Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Identifying stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to find the necessary GTM Enablement content and organizing the logistics, such as arranging times for filming needed training content.
- Working with various teams to coordinate and communicate the new tools.
- Reviewing content and output to see what is missing.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong preference for candidates who understand GTM Enablement and the content required to train sales teams.
- A background in Revenue Operations (RevOps) and prior experience working within a SaaS company is highly valued.
- Exposure to workplace AI tools or similar technologies is a plus.
- Comfort and experience using Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
