Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce process risk by developing and maintaining robust program documentation, including process guides, workflow playbooks, training materials, and wikis for both internal use and regulatory examinations.
- Partner with Engineers to define requirements to support integration of AI/Large Language Models (LLMs), tooling enhancements, and drive change management.
- Design and implement scalable processes that drive accountability across the program establishing strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Generate high-impact executive reports and insights on product launch performance.
- Support Corporate Program initiatives by managing strategic projects that advance product and engineering team processes.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years in program management within tech, with experience leading cross-functional programs and initiatives.
- Basic understanding of the PDLC and SDLC.
- Knowledge using Jira & Confluence.
- Highly organized individual with impeccable attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience identifying & implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges.
- Clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders and drive toward outcomes.
