Work Location/Structure:  Hybrid - San Jose, CA

About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in digital media and software, is looking for a skilled  Program Manager - Offer Delivery Operations (FTC)  to join their team for a 1 year engagement. This project involves leading complex offer-delivery and route-to-market (RTM) programs across their partner ecosystem, ensuring programs are technically and operationally sound. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead delivery for complex partner offers and RTM programs from intake through launch and post-launch monitoring.
  • Independently manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure operational and technical readiness for launches through structured planning and validation.
  • Act as escalation point for delivery blockers, risks, and launch issues.
  • Partner closely with AUP and platform teams on delivery design and implementation.
  • Provide informed guidance on delivery architecture, integrations, and fulfillment models.
  • Translate business and partner requirements into clear operational and technical needs.
  • Identify system dependencies, risks, and edge cases early in planning.
  • Support testing strategy, validation, and issue resolution across systems.
  • Help design scalable workflows and governance models for offer delivery.
  • Standardize intake, readiness, and launch processes across programs.
  • Recommend improvements to tooling, automation, and delivery methods.
  • Document runbooks, SOPs, and delivery patterns for reuse.
  • Work across Business Development, Product, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and regional teams.
  • Influence decisions on delivery approach, timelines, and feasibility.
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure launches stay on track.
  • Provide structured updates to leadership on program health and risks.
  • Monitor fulfillment health, delivery metrics, and launch performance.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to improve visibility and planning.
  • Use data to identify recurring issues and drive improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 7+ years in program management, delivery operations, technical operations, or similar roles.
  • Deep expertise in leading complex cross-functional programs and strong technical fluency to engage in system and integration discussions. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Sheets, and reporting tools, as well as working with engineering or platform teams on system-dependent launches.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SaaS, subscriptions, or digital fulfillment ecosystems.
  • Background in partner operations or offer delivery.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or platform-based delivery.
  • Experience designing operational workflows or scaling delivery programs.
  • Experience supporting high-visibility launches with executive stakeholders.
