Job Title: Program Manager (Provider Data Management Transformation)

Required Skills:
- 7+ years of Program Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Recent Medicare health plan experience, specifically with Medicare Advantage or managed care organizations
- Proven track record in Provider Data Management, Provider Operations, or related transformation projects
- Deep understanding of the provider data lifecycle, including demographics, credentialing, and directory data
- Strong experience partnering with both business and IT teams
- Demonstrated success in process transformation and operational improvement
- Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with provider data governance or Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
- Knowledge of provider data quality, directory accuracy, and related regulatory standards
- Familiarity with healthcare provider platforms and enterprise data ecosystems
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Extensive experience working within Medicare Advantage or managed care health plans (7+ years preferred)
Other Requirements:
- Location: 100% remote, preferably candidates located in California or states where SCAN Health Plan operates (AZ, NV, NM, TX, WA)
- Travel: Minimal or as required for project needs
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: 6–9 months with potential extension
