Project Coordinator II – Accelerator Program Operations

This onsite/hybrid role based in San Diego offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of a high-touch, technology-driven initiative that combines AI-powered platforms, expert mentorship, and community engagement. Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or community engagement
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly learn new tools and processes
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides, including creating trackers, dashboards, and reports from multiple sources
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience troubleshooting and supporting end users
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Experience working within a matrixed or cross-functional team environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Intuit products, small business operations, or fintech industries
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Knowledge of program or community engagement strategies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Prior experience supporting accelerator or startup programs, or working in a tech-savvy environment
Other Requirements:
- Location: Onsite/Hybrid in San Diego
- Ability to support recruitment and onboarding activities, with regular interaction across teams and external partners
- Willingness to troubleshoot technical issues directly with program participants
- Ability to develop self-service resources such as FAQs and onboarding guides
- This role is supported on W2 only, with a typical duration of 1 year, starting as soon as possible
