Join our innovative team as a Project Coordinator II, playing a vital role in delivering the IDEAS (Invest, Develop, Empower, Accelerate, Scale) program—an ambitious year-long small business accelerator designed to foster growth and success for local entrepreneurs. This onsite/hybrid role based in San Diego offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of a high-touch, technology-driven initiative that combines AI-powered platforms, expert mentorship, and community engagement. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at coordinating complex operations, this position is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or community engagement
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly learn new tools and processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides, including creating trackers, dashboards, and reports from multiple sources
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience troubleshooting and supporting end users
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Experience working within a matrixed or cross-functional team environment

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Intuit products, small business operations, or fintech industries
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of program or community engagement strategies

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • Prior experience supporting accelerator or startup programs, or working in a tech-savvy environment

Other Requirements:

  • Location: Onsite/Hybrid in San Diego
  • Ability to support recruitment and onboarding activities, with regular interaction across teams and external partners
  • Willingness to troubleshoot technical issues directly with program participants
  • Ability to develop self-service resources such as FAQs and onboarding guides
  • This role is supported on W2 only, with a typical duration of 1 year, starting as soon as possible
