Required Skills:
- Proven experience in program or project management within fleet operations, automotive, robotics, or similar fast-paced tech sectors.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow management and documentation.
- Strong ability to design, document, and enhance operational processes.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to align engineering, operations, and leadership.
- Adept at bringing structure to ambiguous, rapidly changing programs.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting fleet, manufacturing, or scaling operations.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis methods such as five whys or fishbone diagrams.
- Background in autonomous vehicle or robotics operations management.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior experience in program or project management roles, ideally within high-growth tech environments involving fleet or robotics operations.
- Relevant technical background that supports process documentation, issue tracking, and continuous improvement.
