Job Title: Project Manager - Healthcare (Remote, Southern California Healthcare Client)

Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing healthcare or Medicare-related projects
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities, including familiarity with tools like Gantt charts and project dashboards
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- High emotional intelligence with a keen ability to navigate complex, sensitive team dynamics
- Adaptability and openness to feedback in a rapidly evolving environment
- Experience working with executive leadership, particularly in high-demand, response-driven settings
- Professional on-camera appearance and excellent professionalism in virtual settings
- Ability to work strictly within Pacific Time hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST)
Nice to Have Skills:
- PMP certification or progress toward certification
- Data analytics proficiency, especially with healthcare data or dashboards (e.g., Smartsheets)
- Experience supporting change management or organizational transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with trauma-affected leadership or high-pressure corporate environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare or relevant sectors
- Prior experience working with Medicare or health plan clients is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Remote work within Pacific Time business hours; availability on Teams throughout the workday with responsiveness within 15 minutes during core hours
- Ability to produce and present tangible work products such as project plans, Gantt charts, and presentations during interviews
- Initial interview process includes a 15-minute screening and a review of portfolio/work samples
- Contract duration: 8/24/26 – 12/31/26, with a potential extension into 2027
- Compensation rate: $132/hour
