- 7+ years in program or project management, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with a track record of delivering quality outcomes aligned with business objectives
- Ability to build strategic relationships and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience in using AI to enhance business processes
- Lean, Six Sigma certification or experience is a plus
