Title:  Project Manager
Job Type:  Contract
Contract Length:  6+ months (Potential for extension)
Pay Range:  $45-50/hr
Start Date:  ASAP
Location:  Fully Remote

About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in Enterprise SaaS/Technology, is looking for a skilled Project Manager  to lead strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams for a 6+ month engagement. This project involves coordinating key initiatives, including a major evaluation of a new quoting tool to replace current documents (involving Oracle, Salesforce Spiff, and FullCast), managing releases for the GTM Intelligence Team, and supporting a critical Partner Project. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running, drive consensus among senior leaders, and ensure clear visibility to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Organizing and leading project meetings, distributing agendas, and efficiently managing meeting minutes and notes (e.g., distributing AI notes).
  • Driving consensus and strong accountability among senior-level directors and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Preparing and delivering end-of-week summary updates and status reports for executive leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Identifying, assessing, and proactively remediating project risks and roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams, including timeline development, milestone tracking, and risk management.
  • Deep expertise in utilizing project management and collaboration tools, including SFDC, Excel, Jira, G-Suite, and Zoom. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus with senior leaders and present confidently to executive-level audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritize multiple complex initiatives, and manage your own time to meet project goals.
  • PMP or other formal project management certification is preferred.
