Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning and Execution: Creating internal/external standards, department processes, project budgeting, scheduling, RFI management, and change order execution.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years working within project management, technical sales management, or other applicable experience in the concentration of MEP or controls and instrumentation for vendors, consultants, or an end user.
- Deep expertise in the understanding of MEP/Controls projects, with knowledge of MEP and machine design/HVAC/electrical instrumentation and their applications in a mission-critical environment. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.

- Experience with programs or projects within MEP, machine control/BMS/EPMS/DCIM/SCADA systems, cybersecurity, implementation, and operations. Experience with BMS/BAS retrofit is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team, including effective relationship building and the ability to interface with clients and vendors.
