  • Proven success in driving systemic quality improvements across the production value stream
  • Strong communication skills — able to clearly articulate technical results and lead issue resolution
  • Ability to manage quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions effectively
  • Experience supporting quality audits, NVH diagnostics, and establishing inspection processes

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience
  • Proficiency with quality management tools and ERP systems like SAP, MES, JIRA
  • Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or additional Six Sigma accreditation

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience within manufacturing sectors, including automotive or aviation industries

Other Requirements:

  • This position is onsite in Austin, TX, with potential travel to other company locations, including Atlanta, Hayward, and San Francisco, based on business needs.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required to support operational and quality initiatives.
