The Recruiter is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to assisting with new hire onboarding. This role requires a deep understanding and representation of the organization's mission and vision. The Recruiter will be instrumental in building robust applicant pools, fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and new hires. A key focus will be on developing and executing recruitment strategies to consistently meet hiring goals with top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically recruit and place qualified candidates, aligning with budget and role requirements. This involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and developing outreach strategies to build candidate pipelines.
- Manage the entire recruitment and onboarding process for all positions.
- Regularly engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on prospective candidates, and streamline hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers, contributing to process improvements and best practices.
- Employ advanced sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews by scheduling, providing necessary documentation, and ensuring an efficient interview process for all parties.
- Master the HRIS, leveraging its recruitment system for full-cycle recruitment and staffing.
- Actively participate in networking events, workshops, and seminars to enhance subject matter expertise.
- Contribute to the organization's overall success through teamwork, continuous learning, and process improvement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Requires 3-5 years of recruitment experience, demonstrating a successful track record in a high-volume, complex, and dynamic environment.
- A Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding work environment.
