Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle. You’ll support candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and overall hiring operations while learning directly from experienced recruiters.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess skills, interest, and alignment
- Write and post engaging job descriptions and job ads
- Maintain active pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams
- Prepare interview materials and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Update ATS (e.g., Bullhorn/Greenhouse/Lever) with accurate, timely notes
- Support reference checks, background checks, and offer processes
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Communicate candidate updates clearly and professionally
- Help manage weekly pipeline reporting and recruiting metrics
- Participate in intake meetings, debriefs, and hiring-related projects
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer service, or a people-focused role
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with candidates at all levels
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A proactive, curious, and coachable mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience with an ATS or CRM preferred (but not required)
