to manage the full-lifecycle staffing strategy for approximately 40 store locations and 30 district leadership roles within a dedicated geographic region. In this high-volume role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for specialized positions—including LP Detectives and Customer Service Associates—by leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and building strategic partnerships with military, collegiate, and community organizations. The ideal candidate brings over 5 years of recruitment experience, a command of tools like Workday and PowerBI, and the ability to pivot strategies based on real-time data to meet aggressive headcount goals.
