About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in Automotive Technology, is looking for a skilled Recruiting Coordinator to join their team as a Contingent Worker for a 1-year engagement. This project involves providing essential, detail-oriented support to the Talent Acquisition team by managing candidate scheduling and coordination activities. This is a high-impact role that requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can hit the ground running and manage multiple moving parts effectively.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Interview Scheduling: Efficiently and accurately schedule a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple time zones and calendars.
- Recruiter Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team on various candidate activities.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless scheduling experience for all candidates.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate a smooth hiring process.
We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and a desire to support a high-performing recruiting function. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with high-volume scheduling, administrative support, or a similar detail-oriented role.
- Deep expertise in organizational skills, time management, and meticulous attention to detail. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert in process and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage your own time effectively to meet team goals.
- Experience with scheduling software and office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office). Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator is beneficial but not necessary.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and internal team members.
