About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in Technology/Security, is looking for a skilled Recruiting Coordinator  to join their team for a 1-year engagement. This project involves providing top-tier support to the recruiting and corporate development teams by owning the coordination of high-volume interview processes and ensuring a professional, confidential, and world-class candidate experience. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating phone, video, and onsite interviews with speed and efficiency.
  • Managing complex, high-volume interview schedules, candidate travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Welcoming and supporting candidates during onsite interviews to deliver a top-tier recruiting experience across all touchpoints.
  • Providing professional and confidential communication to candidates and internal teams, and offering administrative support to the corporate development team.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1–3 years of experience in scheduling or recruiting coordination.
  • Deep expertise in managing complex, high-volume interview schedules.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively, leveraging strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with GSuite applications (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism (Greenhouse ATS knowledge is preferred).
W2 only (No C2C or 1099 contractors)
