Revenue Accountant (Hybrid | New York, NY)
Overview
Join a growing finance team as a Revenue Accountant supporting revenue recognition and contract review work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation and experience with ASC 606 who enjoys digging into contracts, partnering cross-functionally, and supporting audit requests while helping bring order and clarity to revenue processes.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or closely related field)
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, especially ASC 606 (revenue recognition)
- Experience with contract review and determining appropriate revenue recognition treatment
- Audit support experience (internal and/or external)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with NetSuite
- Experience with Salesforce
- Industry experience in a services, advertising, or SaaS environment
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, ideally including revenue accounting exposure

- Work arrangement: Hybrid (expected onsite presence 2–3 days per week)
