About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in Professional Services, Healthcare, and Life Sciences, is looking for a skilled Salesforce / Certinia Administrator to join their team for a 6-month contract with potential for extension engagement. This project involves owning the Salesforce and Certinia platforms, keeping them running smoothly, driving key improvements, building scalable processes, and supporting M&A activity for a growing organization. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End Platform Management: Provide end-to-end maintenance and steady-state production support of the Salesforce and Certinia environments.
- Salesforce Expertise: Serve as the primary Salesforce SME with strong expertise in Sales Cloud.
- Certinia Ownership: Take ownership of Certinia configuration, customization, gap remediation, and enhancement for modules including AR, AP, billing, and financial management.
- Strategic Enhancement: Build and refine an M&A systems playbook and identify process inefficiencies to implement system improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Upgrades: Troubleshoot production issues, manage ongoing enhancements, and support upgrades, testing cycles, and release management.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- Advanced experience in a similar role.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce (especially Sales Cloud) and strong working knowledge of Certinia (formerly FinancialForce). This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, gather requirements, and manage your own time effectively to execute enhancements and meet project goals.
- Experience with supporting ERP, financial systems, or professional services automation environments and familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and financial workflows.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with finance and business stakeholders to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
