Salesforce Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams within Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking to uncover growth opportunities.
- Assist in pipeline cleanup, data quality initiatives, and process improvements.
- Analyze sales data to identify untapped opportunities including renewals, cross-sell, and partner engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to enable sales and channel strategies.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce (SFDC) administration, data management, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, opportunity lifecycle, and sales processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting sales support or sales enablement functions.
- Knowledge of pipeline analytics, opportunity identification, and forecast modeling.
- Familiarity with OEM-related data and partner engagement activities.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or analytics.

- Remote work available; preference for candidates located in NJ/NYC area.
- Ability to support and maintain CRM data quality and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
