Salesforce Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales teams within Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Assist in pipeline cleanup, data quality initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Analyze sales data to identify untapped opportunities including renewals, cross-sell, and partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to enable sales and channel strategies.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce (SFDC) administration, data management, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, opportunity lifecycle, and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting sales support or sales enablement functions.
  • Knowledge of pipeline analytics, opportunity identification, and forecast modeling.
  • Familiarity with OEM-related data and partner engagement activities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or analytics.

Other Requirements:

  • Remote work available; preference for candidates located in NJ/NYC area.
  • Ability to support and maintain CRM data quality and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
