Salesforce Program Manager / PMO Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities supporting Salesforce CRM implementation, launch, and transition into sustained operations.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Salesforce technical teams, business units, and PMO leadership to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Enhance or establish project governance, reporting, documentation, and delivery processes tailored to a hybrid Agile and traditional environment.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and provide transparent progress updates to executive leadership.
- Foster collaboration across technical and non-technical teams, supporting cultural change and organizational growth.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience managing complex enterprise technology programs or large-scale system implementations, with a focus on Salesforce or CRM rollouts.
- Strong foundation in project and program management, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly within a developing environment and lead through change with emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations or enterprise CRM deployments.
- Background in establishing or maturing PMO practices within organizations.
- Experience supporting platform launches, post-implementation transitions, and change management initiatives.
- Supporting Agile transformations or hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience working across IT, product, engineering, and business operations teams.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- A proven track record with 5+ years of managing large-scale enterprise programs, ideally within digital transformation or technology settings.
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid role with 4 days onsite per week in Newton, MA.
- Comfort working in evolving organizations transitioning from informal processes to structured project governance.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile credentials are a plus but not mandatory.
