Job Title: SAP EAM Business Analyst – Supplier Quality
Overview:

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on SAP functional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/PM) and Equipment Master Data
- Familiarity with SAP Quality Management (QM) and Material Master processes
- Experience supporting equipment lifecycle activities: installation, dismantling, hierarchy management
- Proficient in troubleshooting SAP master data and BOM discrepancies
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, MES, and IT teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Supporting Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Operations
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and shop floor processes
- Experience in configuration management, BOM validation, serial number traceability
- Background in automotive, robotics, aerospace, or high-volume manufacturing environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or operational discipline
- 4-6 years of SAP functional experience tailored to manufacturing or supplier quality support
Other Requirements:
- Location: Hayward, CA (onsite)
- Ability to support equipment installation, dismantling, and onboarding activities
- Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with various teams
- No travel requirements specified; this role is primarily onsite
- W2 employment only
Compensation:
- Hourly rate of $114.49/hr
- Contract duration: 6+ months with the possibility of extension
