Senior Accountant - Consolidations
Join a dynamic team in a pivotal role as a Senior Accountant specializing in Consolidations, where your expertise will drive critical financial processes and strategic decision-making. This hybrid position offers a collaborative environment with three in-office days per week, supporting a smooth balance between teamwork and autonomy. As a key contributor, you'll manage complex multi-entity consolidations, intercompany transactions, and accounting for acquisitions and joint ventures, ensuring compliance with GAAP and supporting the company’s growth trajectory.
Required Skills
- Strong background in consolidations, multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and accounting for acquisitions and joint ventures
- Proven experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards experience not mandatory)
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and process improvement focus
- Ability to handle ad hoc requests in a fast-paced, non-structured environment
- Excellent communication skills for addressing management inquiries and supporting strategic initiatives
Nice to Have Skills
- CPA certification or prior experience with Big 4 firms
- Construction industry experience (not mandatory, but a plus)
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced technical knowledge of US GAAP
- Minimum of 4-6 years in accounting, with demonstrated expertise in consolidations and small to medium-sized multi-entity environments
Other Requirements
- Ability to work onsite three days a week (Monday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Friday) or as specified
- Immediate availability to start early to mid September
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and spreadsheet skills
