Top 3 Critical Responsibilities- Full-cycle hands on AP/AR processing
- Responsible for all aspects of month-end close
- Payroll processing for ~75 employees
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliations and consolidations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for auditors and external accounting firms
- Oversee tax reporting and compliance across U.S and other international entities
- Support full procurement cycle from purchase order generation through vendor invoice processing
- Process monthly employee payroll
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings
- Support FP&A by providing budget vs. actuals analysis
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of accounting experience
- Strong operational accounting background (GL, AP, AR, month-end close)
- Prior experience assisting with external audits
- Solid understanding of US GAAP
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
- NetSuite experience highly preferred
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
