Requirements
- 5+ years nonprofit accounting experience
- Strong experience with balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, lease obligations and investment accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

This Senior Accountant role is a highly technical, hands-on position focused on ensuring the integrity of the organization’s financial data and driving audit preparedness. Leveraging FinancialEdge NXT, the successful candidate will take full ownership of complex balance sheet reconciliations and the management of specialized accounting areas, including fixed assets, lease obligations, and investment portfolios. This role requires a meticulous professional capable of navigating GAAP compliance to ensure all schedules are accurate, documented, and ready for external review. It is an ideal opportunity for a "doer" who excels in the granular details of the monthly close and thrives in a high-accountability environment.
