  • Experience managing the end-to-end contracting process, from intake and strategic planning through execution and post-signature review
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract law, data security, and privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
  • Ability to identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate contractual, legal, and commercial risks
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to develop creative solutions and provide sound recommendations to cross-functional and business leaders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives independently
  • Experience using contract management tools and systems to improve workflow efficiency, data integrity, and lifecycle visibility
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, high-expectation environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Demonstrated commitment to corporate policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements

Nice to Have Skills

  • Deep familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, OEM supplier, or marketing technology agreements
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Privacy, Security, Finance, and business teams on complex contracting matters
  • Experience resolving complex contract-related disputes while maintaining positive vendor relationships
  • Experience optimizing contracting workflows and driving process improvements
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
  • Strong KPI orientation and experience using data to evaluate contracting performance and efficiency

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field preferred
  • 6–8+ years of progressively advanced experience in commercial contracts, procurement, strategic sourcing, or a related function
  • Experience managing sophisticated enterprise vendor agreements in a technology-focused environment preferred

Other Requirements
