Job Title: Senior Credit Analyst
Overview:

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar credit analysis or accounts receivable role within Corporate, Commercial, High Tech, or Manufacturing sectors
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in finance and accounting fundamentals
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookup functions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret financial statements and assess customer creditworthiness
- Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Effective cross-functional communicator who can navigate sales, finance, and order management teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in high-growth technology companies or SaaS environments
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and full-cycle order-to-cash procedures
- Familiarity with internet portals for invoice submission and collections
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, collections, or accounts receivable in a corporate setting
- Experience in high-growth or rapidly scaling companies is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Position is predominantly remote with a hybrid option; fully remote candidates outside the Bay Area are welcome
- Immediate availability preferred; client aims to fill the role quickly, with interviews possible as soon as tomorrow or next week
- Small team environment with a focus on fast-paced, effective communication and documentation
- Willingness to jump into various tasks within the AP workflow and support a collaborative team environment
