About the Role
Our client, a global leader in the MedTech sector, is undergoing a key transformation in their Data Operations and Master Data Management (MDM) functions. As part of a LATAM restructuring initiative, they are seeking two experienced, bilingual Senior Data Operations Analysts to join their team.
This is a hands-on, mid-level role where you will play a critical part in ensuring data quality, supporting operational governance, and enabling the success of manufacturing and commercial operations across the region. Key Responsibilities

Data Operations & Quality
-
Oversee material creation flow in MEWS.

Gather data with ATC, perform quality checks on new and existing codes.

Manage follow-up and escalation processes as needed.
-
Support Data Domain Leaders (DDLs) with data maintenance and user requests.

Execute data input (manual and massive loads) via Winshuttle or equivalent tools.

Governance & Compliance

Serve as a point of escalation and Data Governance lead for assigned workstreams.

Coordinate testing, error handling, data conversion, and validation activities.

Support audit/compliance actions, including NC (Non-Conformance) and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) investigations.

Document SOPs, Work Instructions, and data catalogs; ensure adherence to policies.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve existing data design, processes, and templates.

Support deployment of the enterprise Data Management Framework.

Track key metrics and prepare dashboards to monitor performance and efficiency.

Contribute to strategic launches and value-capture initiatives.

Collaboration & Training

Partner with cross-functional and multicultural teams across LATAM, US, and global business units.

Coach and mentor junior staff or third-party vendors to ensure alignment.

Develop and deliver training on data operations and tools.

Qualifications & Experience
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.

Experience:
-
4+ years professional experience, with 4–6 years in data management within ERP ecosystems (SAP, JDE, MDG).

Supply chain experience strongly preferred (Master Data, Operations, or related).
-
Familiarity with MDM tools, Winshuttle, and data quality processes.

Proven ability to work in both manufacturing and commercial operations contexts.

Bilingual in Portuguese and English(verbal and written).

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-changing, matrixed environment.

Comfortable working US business hours while based in LATAM.
