    • Support Data Domain Leaders (DDLs) with data maintenance and user requests.

    • Execute data input (manual and massive loads) via Winshuttle or equivalent tools.

  • Governance & Compliance

    • Serve as a point of escalation and Data Governance lead for assigned workstreams.

    • Coordinate testing, error handling, data conversion, and validation activities.

    • Support audit/compliance actions, including NC (Non-Conformance) and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) investigations.

    • Document SOPs, Work Instructions, and data catalogs; ensure adherence to policies.

    • Continuous Improvement

      • Identify opportunities to improve existing data design, processes, and templates.

      • Support deployment of the enterprise Data Management Framework.

      • Track key metrics and prepare dashboards to monitor performance and efficiency.

      • Contribute to strategic launches and value-capture initiatives.

      • Collaboration & Training

        • Partner with cross-functional and multicultural teams across LATAM, US, and global business units.

        • Coach and mentor junior staff or third-party vendors to ensure alignment.

        • Develop and deliver training on data operations and tools.

            • Supply chain experience strongly preferred (Master Data, Operations, or related).

            • Familiarity with MDM tools, Winshuttle, and data quality processes.

            • Proven ability to work in both manufacturing and commercial operations contexts.

            • Skills:

              • Bilingual in Portuguese and English(verbal and written).

              • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

              • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

              • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-changing, matrixed environment.

              • Experience collaborating across multicultural and remote teams.

              • Comfortable working US business hours while based in LATAM.
