Manager, Commercial Finance

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience, with focused exposure to commercial finance, pricing, or revenue management.
- Strong financial modeling capabilities, including product forecasts, P&L analysis, and NPV models.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear narratives for sales leadership and executive teams.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with systems like Oracle, Salesforce, or Power BI.
- Collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with strong attention to detail
Preferred
- CPA certification or public accounting foundation (e.g., candidates looking to transition out of public accounting).
- Exposure to customer/contract negotiations, formula-based pricing, or SIOP processes.
- Prior experience in a global sales or manufacturing environment.
- Diverse background across multiple companies/environments to bring fresh perspectives on best-in-class processes.
Position Summary
The Manager, Commercial Finance serves as a key financial partner to the commercial organization, bringing analytical rigor, strategic insight, and data-driven narratives to pricing, top-line planning, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Finance, this individual acts as a "mini version" of the director role, supporting sales leadership, product management, and customer operations.
In this role, you will own recurring commercial reporting, manage sales incentive plan administration, support pricing governance through the Revenue Council, and perform ROI/NPV modeling for new product development. This position manages a small team (2 direct reports) and offers strong runway for career progression into senior management and director-level roles.
