Senior Financial Planning & Strategy Manager, Corporate

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive management and Board of Directors reports, including quarterly and annual financial reviews, investor updates, and business performance summaries.
- Lead initiatives to enhance, automate, and scale financial forecasting, reporting, and planning processes while becoming a power user of our Adaptive Planning system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Corporate Development teams to embed AI capabilities, uncover insights, and optimize financial workflows.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analyses, synthesize findings into strategic narratives, and support senior leadership with critical decision-making insights.
- Manage M&A financial modeling and due diligence, while owning balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.
- Oversee quarterly, annual, and long-range financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of progressive finance experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, including roles in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
- Expertise in financial modeling, including three-statement financial models.
- Proficiency with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Planning and Oracle; strong aptitude for system mastery and automation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets and identify process improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues for executive audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with integrating AI into financial processes for insights and automation.
- Knowledge of Workday, Google Workspace, or related collaboration tools.
- Exposure to corporate development or M&A activities.
- Ability to work in a semi-remote environment with flexibility for in-office attendance.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus.
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership in a high-growth tech or SaaS organization.

- Location: San Francisco, CA (open to remote with a preference for Tuesdays-Thursdays in the office)
- Start Date: August 24, 2024
- Duration: Initial 3 months with potential extension
