Senior GL Accountant - Consolidations & Intercompany Reconciliation
Join a dynamic team as a Senior GL Accountant, specializing in consolidations and intercompany reconciliation, and play a vital role in ensuring seamless financial operations across multiple entities. This onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment, overseeing the reconciliation of approximately 2,000 monthly intercompany transactions across 18 entities, with a focus on addressing complex issues in about 300 transactions each cycle. Ideal for sharp, motivated professionals with a background in multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations, especially those with Big 4 or similar experience, who thrive in hands-on roles and are eager to learn and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to enhance reconciliation processes.
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in consolidation and intercompany reconciliation
- Strong understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency environments
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in core accounting software; openness to learning AI tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Big 4 public accounting experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of accounting standards related to consolidations
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP or similar
- Familiarity with AI-driven reconciliation tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in a large company managing complex consolidations

Other Requirements:
- This is an onsite role requiring 5 days per week in the office
- Ability to start in early to mid September, with an initial duration of approximately 2 to 3 quarters, with potential extension
