Job Title: Senior Product Manager - App Partner Ecosystem

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Global Partner Ecosystem (GPE) team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy and execution of our App Partner Program and ecosystem platform, empowering third-party partners and developers worldwide to build, innovate, and grow within our platform. Required Skills:
- 5+ years of product management experience, specifically with developer platforms and partner ecosystems
- Proven success in SaaS environments, ideally within the fintech industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Skilled in defining and managing product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex technical concepts
- Experience as a product owner within a Scrum team, facilitating ceremonies, and guiding teams toward strategic goals
- Ability to engage directly with partners and customers to gather insights and translate them into actionable product features
- Technical background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science, or related fields; equivalent professional experience considered
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in building, shipping, and scaling platform capabilities or integrations
- Hands-on experience working with tiering models (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum) and partner benefits structures
- Familiarity with partner program management, developer experience, and ecosystem growth strategies
- Knowledge of data analytics tools and metrics to measure product success and optimize performance
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science). An MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
- 5+ years of proven product management experience focused on developer ecosystems, SaaS platforms, or related areas

- Location: Hybrid/on-site in Mountain View, CA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Engagement: W2 only, with a 6-month contract extension possibility
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner or team engagements
