IT & Business Applications Manager
The company, a proactive leader with a deep understanding of Cisco technologies, is seeking a hands-on IT & Business Applications Manager
to lead our internal IT function and optimize our application workflows. This hybrid role combines traditional IT oversight such as infrastructure, user support, and security with a strategic focus on business applications and workflow automation. You will work cross-functionally with departments to ensure our systems support efficiency, growth, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal IT (25–40%)
- Own the delivery and uptime of core IT infrastructure (network, endpoints, identity management, security).
- Manage vendor relationships for SaaS platforms, and IT security services.
- Ensure technical support is available to LP staff, ensuring fast and effective issue resolution.
