Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related analytical field
- 3–6 years of progressive experience, including a mix of investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or strategic finance at a high-growth company
- Advanced financial modeling skills (ability to build three-statement models or DCF models from scratch)
- Proven track record of producing analysis that directly influences business decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to C-suite or board-level executives
- High emotional intelligence, with self-direction, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to challenge leadership respectfully under pressure
Preferred
- Advanced credentials such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA
- Prior experience in staffing, professional services, or a similar headcount-intensive, GP-driven business model
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and comfort using SQL or Python for data manipulation
- Familiarity with FP&A platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Planful, Vena, Anaplan) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday)
- Experience supporting M&A diligence, capital markets transactions, or board-level financial presentations
