Senior Technical Product Manager - Product Software (Fleet Orchestration)
Overview:

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6-8 years of product management experience
- Over 2 years managing complex backend software products
- Proven ability to drive collaboration, influence stakeholders, and align cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
- Technical acumen: ability to learn and understand software development, back-end systems, web apps, APIs, and technical tradeoffs
- Experience defining and tracking system performance metrics
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with products in rideshare, supply chain, or inventory management fields
- Background in scientific teams, such as operations research
- Experience developing and executing long-term strategic plans in ambiguous environments
- Ability to navigate and thrive within growing, complex organizations
- Strong capacity to deconstruct and communicate complex ideas effectively
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in backend software environments
- Relevant experience in autonomous systems or transportation modules is a plus

- Location: Hybrid model based in Foster City, CA
- Availability to start ASAP
- This role is confined to W2 employment status, with a 6-month contract duration
