About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in Construction, Infrastructure, & Technology is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator (AI & Automation Focus)
to join their team for a 12+ Months (Long-term) engagement. This project involves modernizing workflows and leveraging agentic AI platforms (like Moveworks) to drive operational transformation within their ServiceNow environment. This is a high-impact, senior role that is unique in that it is "AI-centric" rather than "ServiceNow-centric." You will be responsible for ensuring platform stability while simultaneously driving the long-term AI growth strategy. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- AI & Intelligent Automation: Lead the integration of agentic AI platforms (e.g., Moveworks) to enhance user support and automate decision-making workflows.
- Platform Administration: Manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
- Workflow Development: Design and develop advanced workflows, business rules, and Flow Designer automations, specifically leveraging ServiceNow AI capabilities.
- System Integrity: Perform upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance while managing user access and security controls.
- Integrations & Analytics: Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems; create high-level dashboards and reporting for strategic decision-making.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator (seniority is a requirement for this project).
- Deep expertise in Proven AI Implementation: Hands-on experience applying AI technologies to drive automation and operational efficiency. Familiarity with Moveworks or similar tools is a must-have. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
- Experience with Technical Proficiency: Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and deep knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team. Exceptional ability to translate complex technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
