SI Partner Manager I

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in partner management or partnership development within a top-tier technology or market-leading company
- Proven success in managing and growing SI partnership portfolios
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain healthy, strategic alliances
- Excellent collaboration skills, working across teams including sales, solutions architecture, delivery, enablement, and marketing
- Ability to develop and execute partnership plans, promote offerings, and support pipeline development
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in SaaS or cloud technology ecosystems
- Familiarity with sales enablement and practice development strategies
- Knowledge of partner program best practices and SaaS adoption metrics
- Past success in expanding partner influence or mindshare within organizations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in partner or alliance management, preferably with a focus on SI relationships
- Demonstrated record of accelerating partner-driven growth and pipeline
Other Requirements:
- This role is fully remote, requiring a self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively across geographies
- Ability to support and promote partner enablement initiatives, including program development and marketing activities
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner engagements (if necessary)
